During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always aim to fulfill your order as soon as possible.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Domestic orders (within the Bahamas generally arrive within 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

International orders may take 7–21 business days, depending on your location and customs processing times.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Free or flat-rate shipping may be available on select items or promotions.

Tracking Your Order

Lost or Delayed Packages
